61-31.101

License Requirements

PURPOSE:

The proposed amendment will revise existing language and incorporate an amended application for mold-related licensure containing the option to obtain licensure by endorsement pursuant to the changes to 468.8414, F.S., by HB 869.

The rule addresses mold-related licensure by endorsement.
