61-6.011

Exemption from Continuing Education Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to create new Rule 61-6.001, implementing SB 382 (2024), concerning exemption from continuing education requirements for certain licensees.

SUBJECT:

This rule provides the procedures for the Department to determine and communicate exemption from continuing education requirements for eligible licensees.
