RULE:

6A-1.099822

School Improvement Rating for Alternative Schools.

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to define the terms and process used to calculate a school improvement rating for alternative schools. The effect of the rule will be the definition of an alternative school for the purpose of calculating an improvement rating; the establishment of a process to identify alternative schools; and the establishment of a process for calculating a school improvement rating that fulfills statutory requirements for school accountability.
