Discretionary Reinstatement of Null or Void Licenses (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to add “Delinquent and Null & Void to the title of Chapter 61G16-4, F.A.C., and to add language to comply with the requirements of Section 455.271(6)(b), Florida Statutes.
