Operation of the Association

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule will update the rule generally and implement sections 718.112(2)(b)5, 7118.112 (d) 2, 718.112 (e) 1, and 718.501 (3), Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule sets forth meeting requirements for condominium associations and requirements for maintaining an online account with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for condominium associations.
