69J-166.002	Mediation of Commercial Residential Property Insurance Claims
69J-166.031	Mediation of Residential Property Insurance Claims

PURPOSE:

The proposed amendments will update the rules to incorporate recent legislative changes to section 627.7015, F.S.; clarify the procedures for requesting mediation and conducting a mediation conference; update forms; and incorporate the 2018 version of the Florida Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators by reference.

SUBJECT:

Update of the Commercial Residential Property Insurance Claim Mediation Program and the Residential Property Insurance Claim Program.
