PURPOSE:

To amend the rules by updating statutory citations, adopting and incorporating updated materials by reference, revising, clarifying or deleting language that is outdated, obsolete, unclear, or duplicative of statutory provisions, and to propose new Rule 69U-120.330, F.A.C., to incorporate by reference two new forms: the form for banks and trust companies to submit the list of officers and directors elected during the annual shareholder’s meeting or any other meeting at which directors or officers are elected as required by section 658.33(3), F.S., and the form for the director’s oath required pursuant to section 658.33(4), F.S.
