RULE:

61E1-3.001

Fees; License Renewal; Active, Inactive and Delinquent Licenses; Change of Status

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to update and revise Rule 61E1-3.001, F.A.C., to update existing forms for asbestos licensure and to delete language within the rule, pursuant to a statutory change to section 469.006, F.S.

SUBJECT:

This rule outlines a fee schedule for licensure as asbestos business organizations, consultants, and contractors; provides for procedures for changes in licensure status; and incorporates related forms.
