Maintenance of Medical Records

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule development to implement new statutory provisions of Ch. 2024-260, Laws of Florida (HB 849).  This rule will set forth the minimum requirements for veterinary medical records which are not as extensive as those for in-person veterinary medical care.

SUBJECT:

To implement new statutory provisions of Ch. 2024-260, Laws of Florida (HB 849), and to clarify and revise the rule as necessary.
