RULE:

61D-15.001

Incorporated and Approved Forms (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule will be to implement and interpret Florida Statutes that relate to reporting of slot machine activities conducted at a pari-mutuel wagering facility.

SUBJECT:

The subject areas to be addressed in this rule are: the addition of a specific format for the bond and a DBPR assigned form number for that bond mandated pursuant to Section 551.103(1)(f), F.S., and paragraph 61D-14.002(1)(j), F.A.C., and contained in Rule 61D-15.001, F.A.C.
