Disbursement from the Preneed Funeral Contract Consumer Protection Trust Fund

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will update forms used by various stakeholders, including providers, family members and representatives, and purchasers of preneed contracts to make claims for refunds from the Preneed Funeral Contract Consumer Protection Trust Fund.

SUBJECT:

The proposed amendments will clarify and update forms to make claims against the Preneed Funeral Contract Consumer Protection Trust Fund.
