PURPOSE:

Amendments and additional rule sections are necessary to update the chapter, and to provide for the necessary certification of locally operated juvenile detention centers.

SUBJECT:

Certification requirements are addressed, and provision is made for the collection of monitoring fees. Related provisions are updated to accommodate local operation of juvenile detention centers.
