Reservations from Use

PURPOSE:

To amend Rule 40D-2.302, F.A.C., to reserve from use water from Pretty Lake in Hillsborough, County, Florida pursuant to Section 373.0421, Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT:

Reserve from use for water use permitting water from Pretty Lake in Hillsborough County, Florida in order to use it during periods of excess flow as necessary to increase lake levels, including to achieve minimum lake levels, and to restore fish and wildlife in Lakes Horse, Raleigh, and Rogers in Hillsborough County, Florida.
