State Uniform Transfer of Students in Middle Grades and High School

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development is to update Rule 6A-1.09941, FAC., to reflect changes from the 2013 Legislative Session. Section 1003.4282(8), Florida Statutes, was created to include uniform transfer of high school credit requirements beginning with the 2012-2013 school year.
