64E-9.013

Bathing Places

PURPOSE:

The rule amendments will update standards and provide for the sanitation and safety criteria in public bathing places in Florida.

SUBJECT:

The rule development will update requirements regarding marine beaches, sampling frequency, fecal indicator standards, and provide clarity on responsibilities and communication requirements.
