RULE:

6E-2.002	Institutional Licensure
6E-2.004	Standards and Procedures for Licensure

PURPOSE:

To consider amending the licensure standards found in 6E-2.004, FAC. to include forms of surety including bonds in order to demonstrate financial stability.  In addition, the purpose and effect of the rule development with regarding to 6E-2.002, FAC. is to consider additional training and on-site visits for licensed institutions.

SUBJECT:

Financial Stability and initial Provisional Licensure.
