RULE:

63E-7.100	Definitions
63E-7.107	Safety and Security

PURPOSE:

The amendments implement the provisions in chapter 2020-89, Laws of Florida, that impose new limitations on the use of restrictive housing for pregnant prisoners.

SUBJECT:

Limitations are imposed on controlled observation for pregnant girls in residential facilities, and a form limiting its use is incorporated.
