PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to amend the 701B, Department of Elder Affairs Assessment Instrument, dated September 2008, to address the validity and reliability of the assessment.

SUBJECT:

Amendments to the form will address the manner and methodology of evaluating an older person as qualified for services coordinated through the Department of Elder Affairs.
