RULE:

6A-20.028

Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program.

PURPOSE:

Modifications to the rule include implementing and providing clarification for section 1009.53, Florida Statutes that includes allowing work hours to satisfy volunteer hour requirements, removing repeated language that restates the corresponding statute for Bright Futures Gold Seal CAPE requirements, and removing archaic language regarding test scores.

SUBJECT:

Initial eligibility requirements including volunteer hours, test scores, and CAPE requirements.
