RULE:

61A-2.018	License Application Report(s) (Repealed)
61A-2.019	Approved Forms (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rules amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

The elimination of Rules 61A-2.018 and 61A-2.019, F.A.C., which were identified during the comprehensive review as unnecessary and not statutorily mandated.
