RULE:

40E-0.102	Time for Consideration of Emergency Petition for Variance or Waiver

40E-0.113	Variances from Specified Review Criteria for Environmental Resource Permits (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To update the District’s rules to ensure that its rules are correct and comply with statutory requirements, in accordance with Section 120.74, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments update the delegation authority of the Governing Board pursuant to Sections 373.079(4) and 373.083(5), F.S., and remove reference to a repealed rule.
