PURPOSE:

For Rule 9.001, the Board proposes the rule amendment to add the fee for an application for a public health laboratory scientist. For Rule 9.002, the Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify the name and fee for a public health laboratory scientist. For Rule 9.004, the Board proposes the rule amendment to add the fee for a public health laboratory scientist.

SUMMARY:

The name for a public health laboratory scientist and fee for an application, initial licensure, and renewal of a public health laboratory scientist license will be added to the rules.
