PURPOSE:

To repeal Rules 61A-2.014 and 61A-2.019, F.A.C. The Department has determined that these rules are unnecessary or are repetitive of current Florida law.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking repeals Rules 61A-2.014 and 61A-2.019, F.A.C.
