RULE:

59A-3.301

Goals, Policies and Procedures (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to repeal a rule related to hospital goals, policies and procedures as it relates to Intensive Residential Treatment Facilities.

SUMMARY:

This rule outlines goals and policies for intensive residential treatment facilities. The language from the rule has been incorporated into 59A-3.310, therefore it is now duplicative or unnecessary.
