PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to provide guidance to the public and to the Florida Forest Service staff regarding tree planting and tree enhancement programs. This rule was created for the Plant a Tree Trust Fund in 1993 and last updated in 1995. Many of the provisions are obsolete and need to be updated to increase efficiency.

SUMMARY:

To provide guidance to the public and to the Florida Forest Service staff regarding tree planting and tree enhancement programs.
