RULE:

5C-13.0035	Definitions
5C-13.004	Schedule of Fees

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is being developed to update testing offered at the Bronson Animal Diagnostic Laboratory and the fee schedule associated with the testing. Industry partners including Pilgrim’s Pride, Florida Cattleman’s Association, Cal-Maine, and the Animal Industry Technical Council (AITC) were consulted and they are in agreement with the proposed changes. The lab offers this testing as a service and not as a required regulatory fee.

SUMMARY:

To update tests offered by the Bronson Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory and associated fees to fall in line with national standards.
