Payment Methodology for County Health Departments

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-6.090, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is to incorporate by reference the Florida Title XIX County Health Department Reimbursement Plan (the Plan), Version XV, effective July 1, 2017.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being updated to incorporate changes to the amended reimbursement plan.
