PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend rule chapter 65-6, F.A.C., in response to comments made by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee after conducting an existing rule review.  The rules were last amended in 1989.

SUMMARY:

The amendments accomplish the following: (1) Unnecessary rule provisions and definitions will be removed; (2) Unnecessary rules will be repealed; and (3) Terms and forms will be updated.
