Overview

RULE:

69A-37.039	Prescribed Forms for Training and Certification
69A-37.058	Verification of Prescribed Training Hours

PURPOSE:

The proposed amendments will update an existing form, adopt a new form and realign the forms so they are sequentially numbered.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments to Rule 69A-37.039, F.A.C., will update the Medical Examination to Determine Fitness for Firefighter Training form and realign the forms so that they are sequentially numbered. The proposed amendment to Rule 69A-37.058, F.A.C., will incorporate the Verification of Training Hours/Firefighter I and II form.
