PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to improve the organization and efficiency of Chapter 68A-6. The effect of the proposed rule amendment is increased clarity and conciseness of Chapter 68A-6.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment does not change any of the existing rule language; it restructures the current language into a more understandable format and clarifies the intent of each rule by assigning them more appropriate titles.
