69B-211.002

General Procedures

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking will promulgate the application for the new adjusting firm license to implement recent legislation and make other necessary updates.

SUMMARY:

This rule incorporates several forms necessary for licensure. This rulemaking creates a new license category for adjusting firm and outlines the information required for the newly created license application.
