PURPOSE:

To add a definition of the term “clear zone” and to clarify requirements for placement of bus benches, bus shelters, and bus stops on state right of way.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being adopted to address placement of bus benches, bus shelters, and bus stops on state right of way.
