Continuing Psychological Education Credit

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment that updates the requirements for Board members serving on a Board Probable Cause Panel and allows for members to receive up to a maximum of 5 hours of credit per biennium in the area of risk management, on an hour by hour basis.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendment updates the rule regarding requirements for Board Members serving on a Board Probable Cause Panel.
