RULE:

61C-5.016

Elevator Safety Technical Advisory Council (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to repeal 61C-5.016. F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking repeals Rule 61C-5.016, F.A.C. The rule was created in October of 2004 to establish initial staggered terms of Elevator Safety Technical Advisory Council members as required in s. 399.1061(2)(a), F.S. As such, the rule is no longer necessary.
