PURPOSE:

Amendments clarify the Temporary Cash Assistance program requirements.

SUMMARY:

Amendments include: (1) updates form CF-ES 2082, (2) adds the non-English versions of Form CF-ES 2082, (3) removes language not necessary for rule, (4) removes language in the form, (5) adds the non-English version of Form CF-ES 2094, (6) Adds the non-English version of Form CF-ES 2305, (7) updates reference to the Act, (8) adds the non-English version of Form CF-ES 2635, (9) clarifies rules, and (10) removes language in statute.
