64B7-33.001

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the amendment of the rule to update the advertising requirements to be consistent with statutory changes associated with HB 197.

SUMMARY:

To update the advertisement requirements for massage establishments and massage therapists to ensure consistency with statutory provisions.
