Client Eligibility

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rulemaking is to update rule language and incorporated forms to reflect statutory updates.  The effect of the changes will be to update the maximum income a client may have in order to be considered low-income from 200 percent to 300 percent of the federal poverty level.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking will update rule text and incorporated forms to reflect statutory updates to increase the maximum client income from 200 percent to 300 percent of the federal poverty level.
