Federal Regulations Adopted by Reference
PURPOSE:
The proposed rule amendments update the Department’s adoption by reference of air pollution regulations promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.), Parts 51, 52, 60, and 63 to incorporate requirements of the Department's federally approved and delegated air pollution programs. These rule amendments include adoption of both newly promulgated rules and amendments to New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP).
