RULE:

61E1-3.001

Fees; License Renewal; Active, Inactive and Delinquent Licenses; Change of Status

PURPOSE:

The Department will amend Rule 61E1-3.001, F.A.C., to update existing application form DBPR ALU 4 to remove the requirement to submit a bond or irrevocable letter of credit pursuant to s.469.006, F.S. as a result of HB 1335.

SUMMARY:

The Department proposes to amend Rule 61E1-3.001, F.A.C., to adopt the necessary changes to the application form.
