65C-22.001

General Requirements

PURPOSE:

Update the Attestation of Good Moral Character pursuant to chapter law 2024-243.

SUMMARY:

Amendments add the new statutory provisions to the Attestation of Good Moral Character for persons subject to section 435.04, F.S. level 2 background screening.
