Educational Requirements

PURPOSE:

Changes are made to the rule to identify the board-approved organizations that applicants who graduated from a program or who are currently enrolled in a program outside the United States or Canada are authorized to use to determine education equivalency to standards established by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation in order to qualify for licensure.  The addition of specific board-approved organizations to the rule provides necessary guidance to applicants to ensure that appropriately credentialed organizations are used in this determination.

SUMMARY:
