PURPOSE:

For Rule 64B13-4.001, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to update examination requirements. For Rule 64B13-4.002, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify language concerning reexamination.

SUMMARY:

For Rule 64B13-4.001, F.A.C., examination requirements will be updated. For Rule 64B13-4.002, F.A.C., language will be clarified concerning reexamination.
