Library Grant Programs

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to update and establish in rule the most recent grant program documents for the following grant programs: State Aid to Libraries Grant, Library Construction Grant, Library Cooperative Grant, and Library Services and Technology Act Grant. The rule amendment would incorporate the updated grant program documents as materials incorporated by reference in Rule 1B-2.011, and it would clarify the grant program processes and definitions.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment would incorporate updated grant program documents as materials incorporated by reference in Rule 1B-2.011.
