PURPOSE:

For Rule 64B16-26.1021, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify a type of specific fee listed in the rule. For Rules 64B16-26.203 and 64B16-26.204, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendments to incorporate the revised form due to statutory changes and for clarification. For Rules 64B16-26.300, and 64B16-26.303, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendments to incorporate the revised forms for clarification.

SUMMARY:

For Rule 64B16-26.1021, F.A.C., the type of a specific fee listed in the rule will be clarified. Form DH-MQA 101, revised due to statutory changes and for clarification will be incorporated in Rule 64B16-26.203, F.A.C.  Form DH-MQA-5103, revised due to statutory changes and for needed clarification will be incorporated in Rule 64B16-26.204, F.A.C. Form DH-MQA 1109, revised for needed clarification will be incorporated in Rule 64B16-26.300, F.A.C. Form DH-5064-MQA, revised for needed clarification will be incorporated in Rule 64B16-26.303, F.A.C.
