68A-1.004

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to update the reference to open seasons for game mammals. The effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to provide reference to the new rule regarding hunting of black bears.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment modifies the definition of game mammals to include a reference to a new rule relating to black bear hunting.
