PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the amendments to update the rules incorporated Forms DH-MQA 1210;  DH-MQA 1182; DH-MQA-5101; DH-MQA 1154; DH-MQA 1253, and DH-MQA 1254,  to comply with a new background screening requirement for applicants for licensure that will become effective July 1, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 2024-243, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

Updating the rules incorporated forms in accordance with Chapter 2024-243, Laws of Florida.
