64B3-4.001

Trainee Registration

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes amendments to comply with a new background screening requirement for applicants for licensure that will become effective July 1, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 2024-243, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment incorporates by reference the updated application to implement statutory requirements of §456.0135 and clarify the application process for trainee registration.
