Licensure by Endorsement

PURPOSE:

Modifications to the rule and its incorporated Form DH-MQA-5101, Mobile Opportunity by Interstate Licensure Endorsement (MOBILE), are being made to the eligibility requirements for licensure by endorsement, pursuant to changes to s. 456.0145, F.S.  The modifications became effective on July 1, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 2025-114, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

Modifications to the rule and its incorporated Form DH-MQA-5101, Mobile Opportunity by Interstate Licensure Endorsement (MOBILE), are being made to the eligibility requirements for licensure by endorsement, pursuant to changes to s. 456.0145, F.S.
