RULE:

65C-28.009

Transition to Adulthood

PURPOSE:

Amend to add rule language regarding the Step into Success Workforce Education and Internship Pilot Program pursuant to Chapter Law 2023-255 and update rule language.

SUMMARY:

Amendments include (1) adds the requirement for the completion of the Records and Resources Exchanged form, (2) language to clarify populations this rule addresses, (3) adds requirement for the step into success workforce education and internship pilot program, (4) updates the My Pathway to Success Plan, and (5) other clarifying language.
