RULE:

Food Assistance Program Case Processing

PURPOSE:

Align the rule with statutory provisions regarding the supplemental nutrition assistance program pursuant to Chapter Law 2024-240 and updates rule language.

SUMMARY:

Amendments include: (1) updates language, (2) updates requirements regarding participation in the Employment and Training program, (3) updates form CF-ES 2095, Food Assistance Work Registration.
